Douglas Heil, Director
In 1994, after years of serving as an editor for I.L.T.I., Doug assumed the position of the international coordinator. He was appointed as the director of I.L.T.I. in January 1995.
Doug and his wife, Luckana (Yai) currently head up I.L.T.I. International Office in Bangkok, Thailand.
