The ILTI-Mature Christian Leaders Course is the third tier of the ILTI-Seminary Training Program. This course is only for those whom God has called into full-time service. Its goal is to perfect ministry skills while achieving academic excellence.
[Internships - After graduating from the ILTI-Building Christian Leaders Course all students who wish to continue their studies with I.L.T.I. must first complete a supervised intern assignment for six months or more. Each intern will be assigned a ministry which provides in-depth and hands-on ministry experience.
The internship involves considerable supervision, reporting, and evaluation. Only after they have completed their internship, are they eligible to continue their studies. Those who are currently serving in a full-time ministry may submit their ministry experience for review and analysis by the acceptance committee of an I.L.T.I. licensed School, instead of participating in the internship program.]
The ILTI-Mature Christian Leaders Course is only for those few whom God calls to head the church. It will include such topics as Office of Pastor, Pastoral Theology, Church Government, Dealing with Attacks, Against the Heresies, Church Discipline, etc. This course is only taught by licensed, ILTI certified, organizations, institutes, or schools. We will expect each participant to be active in the ministry already.
