International Leadership Training Institute (I.L.T.I.) is a nonprofit interdenominational ministry that provides biblically based programs which combine practical ministerial training with academic excellence. I.L.T.I. is dedicated to assisting churches, ministries, schools, denominations, and other Christian organizations prepare and train Christian leaders.
Although training Christian leaders is our primary focus, the Lord has expanded our vision and call and I.L.T.I. is no longer limited to developing Leaders. We are currently developing additional materials for every level of spiritual growth and development.
I.L.T.I. is dedicated to training the whole Body of Christ.

Mobile Seminars and Workshops "How to Study and Understand the Bible"
This summer (2009), I.L.T.I. will be conducting the "How to Study and Understand the Bible Seminar and Workshop" in the United States. We will be in Missouri during the latter part of July, the greater Ohio Area during August, and the upper Midwest in September.
The "How to Study and Understand the Bible Seminar and Workshop" teaches practical guidelines, principles, and step by step procedures anyone can use to better understand the true meaning of the Scriptures they study.
This seminar and workshop comprises a minimum of six to eight hours of presentation time. If you would like I.L.T.I. to conduct one of these seminars for your people, it can be a one day intensive course, or presented in three consecutive evening lecture/workshops.

Why This Seminar/Worshop Works
The Bible is God’s Book to all mankind. He did not write it so that only the theologians or super-spiritual people would understand it. It is God’s book to and for all mankind. It is written so that everyone from new believers to educated theologians can glean insights from its pages. It is God’s Word to us written in such a way that all may learn, all may grow, and all may benefit from reading and studying its content. This seminar and workshop will benefit any who want to truly understand the Bible more, by giving them the skills and tools they need.
How Much This Seminar/Workshop Costs
These seminars are part of our ongoing task of curriculum development. I.L.T.I. will use the feedback and responses from these seminars as the core around which we build, enhance, and develop our ILTI-TOT (Training of Teachers) Course. I.L.T.I. does not charge for these services. (Please note that we do not require a minimum number of participants.) We ask only that the host organization cover the transportation and lodging expenses of the I.L.T.I. workers.

ILTI-TOT Course on Hermeneutics 'How to Teach the Bible With Confidence and Authority'
The ILTI-TOT Course on Hermeneutics is now open for early enrollment. In 2010 the I.L.T.I. Staff will travel throughout the world conducting Training of Teacher (TOT) Courses. During this course the participants will learn how to systematically use hermeneutics as part of their own teaching. After the course they will possess the skills needed to lead any student through the student's own hermeneutical studies to answer questions. We welcome Christians from every stream of Christianity, every major ethnic background, and every level of education to take part in this pilot project.
